In der eng bebauten Fußgängerzone von Hannover entwickelte die DEVELOPMENT PARTNER AG den Neubau eines Büro- und Geschäftshauses. Nach Abriss des Bekleidungshauses „Erdmann“ wurde der Entwurf des Architekturbüros Bieling Architekten umgesetzt. Dieser trägt durch eine konsequent transparente Fassade den Anforderungen an eine maximale Außenwirkung der neuen Shop-Flächen Rechnung. Die Flächen wurden mit modernster Technik ausgestattet und vom Mieter hochwertig ausgebaut. Die Büroflächen in den obersten Geschossen sind über eine bodentiefe Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade großzügig natürlich belichtet. WITTE Projektmanagement übernahm die Projektsteuerung in der laufenden Bauausführung und verantwortete das Controlling der Hochbau- und TGA-Bauleistungen.
DEVELOPMENT PARTNER AG developed the new construction of an office and commercial building in the densely developed pedestrian zone of Hanover. After demolishing the Erdmann clothing store, the design by the architectural firm Bieling Architekten was implemented. Its consistently transparent façade meets the requirements of creating a maximum exterior effect for new retail space. The retail space had already been leased to the fashion label RESERVED prior to the start of construction. This space has been equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and fitted out by the tenant in a high-quality manner.
The offices on the uppermost floors receive plenty of natural light thanks to a floor-length post and beam façade. The loggias and rooftop terraces have led to a high rate of pre-leasing and only 300 m² remain.
WITTE Projektmanagement was responsible for project control of the ongoing construction work as well as controlling for building construction and MEP services.
