Ein zentraler Lichthof sorgt für natürliche Belichtung und schafft eine offene Atmosphäre in allen Geschossen. Flexible Grundrisse und eine hochwertige Ausstattung ermöglichen zeitgemäße Arbeitswelten, ohne den historischen Charakter zu verlieren. Im Patiogeschoss ergänzen Pkw- und Fahrradstellplätze sowie Lagerflächen das funktionale Nutzungskonzept.
At Magazinstraße 6–7 in Berlin, the careful renovation of a listed building from 1911 is creating a modern office complex with history. The project is being developed by MOMENI Group, with architectural planning by Axthelm Rolvien Architekten. The striking structure with its side wings and four inner courtyards will be preserved and continue to shape the building's characteristic appearance. A central atrium provides natural lighting and creates an open atmosphere on all floors. Flexible floor plans and high-quality furnishings enable contemporary working environments without losing the historical character. In the patio level, car and bicycle parking spaces as well as storage areas complement the functional usage concept.
