Die Berliner Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Gewobag errichtet in der Landsberger Allee 341-343 ein Wohnquartier mit über 1.400 Wohnungen sowie eine Kita und Gewerbeflächen. Das Großbauprojekt zeichnet sich vor allem durch eine modulare Bauweise aus: Auf dem Areal entstehen vier Gebäude, die sich aus über 3.000 Modulen für die verschiedensten Wohnungstypen zusammensetzen. Für die Umsetzung ist die Daiwa House Modular Europe GmbH verantwortlich, die extra für die Fertigung ein Werk im brandenburgischen Fürstenwalde errichten. As part of a project slated for completion by the end of 2026/beginning of 2027 and located at Landsberger Allee 341-343, Berlin-based housing association Gewobag is planning to construct a residential complex that will comprise over 1,400 flats - as well as a nursery and commercial space. The key feature of this major construction project is its modular design, which will include four buildings consisting of over 3,000 modules for many different types of housing. The project’s implementation is being headed up by Daiwa House Modular Europe GmbH, which is setting up a production plant in Fürstenwalde in the state of Brandenburg specifically for this purpose. WITTE is responsible for project management and control.
