Auf dem prominenten Eckgrundstück Kaistraße/Franziusstraße im Düsseldorfer Medienhafen entwickelt die MOMENI Group ein spektakuläres Bürogebäude nach dem Cradle-to-Cradle-Prinzip. Es reduziert selbst seinen CO2-Fußabdruck und trägt durch intensive Dachbegrünung und die zusätzliche Begrünung des Vorplatzes positiv zur Biodiversität bei. Alle ausgewählten Materialien sind für den Menschen gesund, leicht zu demontieren, sortenrein trennbar und dadurch vollständig recycelbar. Das bis zu 18-geschossige Bürohochhaus mit Gastronomie- und Einzelhandelsflächen im Erdgeschoss sowie dreigeschossiger Tiefgarage wurde von dem Stararchitekten Christoph Ingenhoven entworfen und bietet neben flexiblen Aufteilungsmöglichkeiten einen erstklassigen Panoramablick über den Rhein und die Stadt Düsseldorf. WITTE steuert das einzigartige Projekt.
The MOMENI Group is developing a spectacular office building incorporating the cradle-to-cradle principle at the prominent property on the corner of Kaistrasse and Franziusstrasse in Düsseldorf’s MedienHafen district. The building will reduce its own carbon footprint and boost biodiversity thanks to extensive roof gardens and additional green areas in its forecourt. All materials selected for construction are safe for human health, easy to disassemble and can be clearly sorted according to their type, making them 100% recyclable. Comprising up to 18 floors, the office high-rise with restaurant and retail space on the ground floor as well as a three-storey underground car park was designed by star architect Christoph Ingenhoven and offers unparalleled views over the Rhine and the city of Düsseldorf, along with flexible possibilities for partitioning the space inside. WITTE is managing this unique project.
