Die Klingsöhr Unternehmensgruppe entwickelt gemeinsam mit der Dereco Holding GmbH in Berlin-Neukölln die sogenannte „Sonneninsel“ mit ca. 36.000 Quadratmeter Büro- und Gewerbefläche. Das Projekt, bestehend aus vier Gebäuden mit unterschiedlichen Strukturen, befindet sich in direkter Wasserlage und Nachbarschaft zum international bekannten Estrel Hotel. Es werden hier flexible Bürowelten und Light-Industrial-Flächen für beispielsweise Forschung und Entwicklung sowie Gastronomie und kulturelle Einrichtungen ihren Platz finden. Der Ensemble-Neubau ist das erste für die Klingsöhr-Gruppe gesteuerte WITTE-Projekt.
The Klingsöhr company group is teaming up with Dereco Holding GmbH in the Neukölln area of Berlin to develop the “Sonneninsel” (Sun Island), a project featuring approx. 36,000 square metres of office and commercial space. Consisting of four buildings with various structures, Sonneninsel is located directly at the water’s edge and in close vicinity to the internationally known Estrel Hotel. The buildings will house flexible office spaces and light industrial premises for activities including research and development as well as catering and cultural institutions. The newly built ensemble is the first project managed by WITTE on behalf of the Klingsöhr group.
