Nachhaltiges Redevelopment: Die MOMENI Gruppe startete im Juli 2022 in einem Joint Venture mit der WIRTGEN INVEST Real Estate GmbH die Revitalisierung und Erweiterung eines Bestandsgebäudes aus den 1970er-Jahren am Düsseldorfer Kennedydamm mit 12-geschossigem Hochhaus, Erweiterung des Sockelbaus und Tiefgarage. Bis 2026 entstanden auf über 21.000 Quadratmetern BGF moderne neue Bürowelten. Die nachhaltige Sanierung erfolgte mit weitgehendem Erhalt der vorhandenen Bausubstanz.
Sustainable redevelopment: In July 2022, the MOMENI Group, in a joint venture with WIRTGEN INVEST Real Estate GmbH, started the revitalisation and expansion of an existing building from the 1970s on Düsseldorf's Kennedydamm with a 12-storey high-rise, extension of the base building and underground car park. By 2026, modern new office spaces had been created across more than 21,000 square metres of gross floor area. The sustainable refurbishment was carried out whilst largely preserving the existing building fabric.
