Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) hat in Frankfurt-Eschborn ein Bürogebäude mit rund 32.000 Quadratmetern realisiert. Der sechsgeschossige Neubau bietet heute etwa 1.000 Arbeitsplätze. Entwickelt wurde das Projekt von PHOENIX Real Development, WITTE übernahm die Projektsteuerung sowie das BIM Management. Von Beginn an spielte die Integration von BIM eine zentrale Rolle: Ziel war es, alle Informationen während der Projektumsetzung vollständig zu bündeln, um so den größtmöglichen Mehrwert für den späteren Betrieb zu sichern. Unterstützt wurde dies durch den angebundenen Lean Design Prozess, der half, sämtliche Schritte klar zu strukturieren, Aufgaben präzise zuzuweisen und effizient in den Terminplan zu integrieren.
The German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) has completed an office building covering around 32,000 square metres in Frankfurt-Eschborn. The new six-storey building now provides space for around 1,000 workstations. The project was developed by PHOENIX Real Development, with WITTE taking charge of project management and BIM management. From the outset, the integration of BIM played a central role: the aim was to fully consolidate all information during project implementation in order to ensure the greatest possible added value for subsequent operations. This was supported by the integrated Lean Design process, which helped to clearly structure all steps, assign tasks precisely and integrate them efficiently into the schedule.
