Mit dem Büroneubau im Lehrter Stadtquartier, Bertha Berlin, wurde städtebaulich eine zentrale Lücke in der Nähe des Berliner Hauptbahnhofs geschlossen. WITTE übernahm die Projektsteuerung in der Entwurfs- und Planungsphase sowie Leistungen der Ausschreibung und Vergabe für das flexible Multi-Tenant-Gebäude, welches von der Becken Development GmbH entwickelt wurde. Darüber hinaus verantwortete WITTE das Projektcontrolling der Hochbau- und TGA-Bauleistungen.
In terms of urban development, the new construction in the Lehrter quarter, ‘Bertha Berlin’, closed a central gap around Berlin’s main railway station. WITTE Projektmanagement GmbH undertook responsibility for project control during the draft and planning phases as well as tendering and contract-awarding services for the flexible multi-tenant building that was created in close proximity to Berlin’s central railway station by the project owner Becken Development GmbH. In addition, WITTE also handled project controlling of the superstructure and MEP building services.
