Am 10.06.2026 wurde nach nur 12 Monaten Bauzeit das Richtfest für den vierten Bauabschnitt des HAFENPARK QUARTIERS mit den „HPQ Offices“ im Frankfurter Ostend gefeiert. „Wir freuen uns sehr, auch dieses Projekt für die B&L Gruppe steuern zu dürfen“, so Kerstin Krämer, die bei der Quartiersentwicklung von Anfang an dabei ist.
Der Entwurf der HPQ Offices mit zwei Gebäudeteilen stammt vom Frankfurter Architekturbüro Meixner Schlüter Wendt. Die Rohbauleistungen wurden von IBB Holding und die Fassadenleistungen werden von der Firma Rupert App errichtet.
Der Office Tower mit 16 Geschossen, ist eines von zwei Gebäuden, des 4. Bauabschnitt des HAFENPARK QUARTIERS in dem sich zukünftig der Hauptsitz der ING Deutschland mit modernen und individuellen Workplace-Konzepten befinden wird. Beide Gebäude werden ohne fossile Energieträger realisiert und streben u.a. Zertifizierungen nach LEED Platin, WiredScore und SmartScore an.
Weiterhin viel Erfolg dem gesamten Team, besonders der gesamtverantwortlichen Projektleiterin Kerstin Krämer sowie allen verantwortlichen und engagierten Mitarbeitern Rachid Benaissaoui, Sabrina Weber, Marco Kostic, Dennis Huismann und Marin Mandov für BIM sowie Dagmar Wolf. Dass sie echt nen guten Job machen, wurde nicht zuletzt dadurch deutlich, dass sich in den Reden zum Richtfest mehrfach bei Kerstin und dem Team bedankt wurde. Große Klasse!

On 10 June 2026, following a construction period of just 12 months, the topping-out ceremony was held for the fourth construction phase of the HAFENPARK QUARTIER, comprising the “HPQ Offices”, in Frankfurt’s Ostend district. “We are delighted to be managing this project for the B&L Group as well,” said Kerstin Krämer, who has been involved in the development of the quarter from the very beginning.
The design of the HPQ Offices, comprising two building sections, is by the Frankfurt-based architectural practice Meixner Schlüter Wendt. The structural work was carried out by IBB Holding, whilst the façade work is being undertaken by Rupert App.
The 16-storey office tower is one of two buildings in the fourth construction phase of the HAFENPARK QUARTIER, which will in future house the headquarters of ING Germany, featuring modern and bespoke workplace concepts. Both buildings are being constructed without the use of fossil fuels and are aiming for certifications including LEED Platinum, WiredScore and SmartScore.
We wish the whole team continued success, especially the project manager with overall responsibility, Kerstin Krämer, as well as all the dedicated staff involved: Rachid Benaissaoui, Sabrina Weber, Marco Kostic, Dennis Huismann and Marin Mandov for BIM, and Dagmar Wolf. The fact that they are doing a really good job was made clear not least by the fact that Kerstin and the team were thanked several times in the speeches at the topping-out ceremony. Well done!
