Huub Donkers ist zum 1. Mai 2024 in die Geschäftsleitung von WITTE Projektmanagement berufen worden. Er wird als niederlassungsübergreifender Sprecher der Senior-Projektleiter die Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsleitung und den Senior-Projektleitern bilden. Zu seinen Aufgaben gehören zudem die Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung der Qualitätsstandards bei WITTE, die Koordination und Abstimmung der Coaching- und Schulungsprogramme und die Akquisition am Standort Düsseldorf. „Seit seinem Start bei WITTE vor zwei Jahren überzeugt er nicht nur fachlich intern wie extern, sondern auch mit seiner sympathischen, humorvollen Art. Huub verfügt über ein sehr hohes Fachwissen, taktisches Geschick gerade in herausfordernden Situationen und ist ein super Typ. Huub Donkers has been appointed to the management of WITTE Projektmanagement as of 1 May 2024. As the cross-branch spokesperson for the senior project managers, he will act as the interface between the management and the senior project managers. His tasks also include the further development and management of quality standards at WITTE, the coordination and harmonisation of coaching and training programmes and acquisition at the Düsseldorf site. "Since starting at WITTE two years ago, he has not only impressed both internally and externally with his expertise, but also with his likeable, humorous manner. Huub has a very high level of expertise, tactical skills, especially in challenging situations, and is a great guy. We are delighted to have him join the management team and look forward to his strategic input," says Sascha Thran, Managing Director.
