Am 11.06.2025 fand die Grundsteinlegung für den mittlerweile vierten Bauabschnitt des Hafenpark Quartiers in Frankfurt statt: für die HPQ Offices. Und unsere Frankfurter Team ist auch hier wieder fest an Bord! Wir freuen uns, dass Projekt für die B&L Gruppe steuern zu dürfen.
Entstehen wird ein Büroensemble bestehend aus zwei Gebäuden: dem 16-geschossigen neuen Hauptsitz der ING Deutschland und dem 7-geschossigen ANQR HOUSE. Insgesamt sind rund 64.700 m² Bürofläche geplant – ausgelegt für über 3.800 moderne Arbeitsplätze, mit Fokus auf hybride Nutzung und flexible Arbeitsumgebungen.
Das Quartier im Ostend vereint Wohnen, Arbeiten und Freizeit auf engem Raum und entwickelt sich zunehmend zu einem lebendigen Stadtbaustein.
Entworfen wurde das Ensemble vom Frankfurter Architekturbüro Meixner Schlüter Wendt. Beide Gebäude werden ohne fossile Energieträger realisiert und streben u.a. Zertifizierungen nach LEED Platin, WiredScore und SmartScore an.
Auch das Thema Mobilität ist mitgedacht: Die Tiefgarage bietet Platz für 540 E-Autos mit Ladeinfrastruktur und rund 900 Fahrräder.

On 11 June 2025, the foundation stone was laid for the fourth construction phase of the Hafenpark Quartier in Frankfurt: the HPQ Offices. And our Frankfurt team is once again firmly on board! We are delighted to be managing this project for the B&L Group.
The result will be an office complex consisting of two buildings: the 16-storey new headquarters of ING Germany and the 7-storey ANQR HOUSE. A total of around 64,700 m² of office space is planned – designed for over 3,800 modern workplaces, with a focus on hybrid use and flexible working environments.
The quarter in Ostend combines living, working and leisure in a small space and is increasingly developing into a lively urban building block. The complex was designed by the Frankfurt-based architectural firm Meixner Schlüter Wendt. Both buildings will be constructed without fossil fuels and are aiming for LEED Platinum, WiredScore and SmartScore certifications, among others.
Mobility has also been taken into account: the underground car park offers space for 540 electric cars with charging infrastructure and around 900 bicycles.
