Unsere Kollegin und BIM-Managerin Jana Schall war Anfang der Woche als Teil der BIM Allianz auf der digitalBAU 2026 in Köln – und stand dort nicht nur im Publikum, sondern auf der Bühne. Gemeinsam mit Matthias Pfeifer (AKNW / BIM Allianz) und Jan-Philipp Frenking (Max Dudler) stellte sie die Kommentierung der BUNDESBAU Muster-AIA vor.

Worum es ging: Die Übertragung des Regelprozesses BIM (im Kontext der HOAI-Novellierung) in eine Form, die im Projektalltag funktioniert.
Konkret heißt das:
· Auftragnehmer bedarfsgerecht definieren?
· Wo verläuft die Grenze zwischen Grundleistungenund besonderen Leistungen?
· Was bedeutet das konkret für Auftraggeber undAuftragnehmer im Projektalltag?

Our colleague and BIM Manager Jana Schall attended digitalBAU 2026 in Cologne earlier this week as part of the BIM Alliance – and wasn’t just in the audience, but on stage as well. “From the standard process to the AIA: Implementation in practice – commentary on the Model AIA for BUNDESBAU”
What it was about: Translating the standard BIM process (in the context of the HOAI amendment) into a form that works in everyday project practice.
Specifically,this means:
Defining contractors according to requirements?
Where does the line between basic services and special services lie?
What does this mean in concrete terms for clients and contractors in day-to-day projectwork?
