• Development of energy, supply and indoor climate concepts for new and existing buildings
• Definition of potential improvement measures for existing buildings incl. rough cost calculation
• Examination of TBE concepts, preliminary and draft planning as well as TBE tenders
• Advising the client and the internal college on TBE systems, especially in the trades of HVAC and ELT, as well as on the topics of energy efficiency, energy monitoring and commissioning management
• Advice on building services systems in connection with green building certifications (DGNB, LEED, BREAM, etc.) and sustainable construction
• Cost determination/calculation
• Participation in contract preparation for planning and construction services
• Project, planning and contract controlling for purchasers, capital investors, investors or users, as well as accompanying controlling for project developers and property developers of building construction projects in relation to the interests of the building services engineering
• Supporting the TBE division management in the areas of energy design, innovations and sustainable construction
• Independent development and maintenance of internal building services standards such as cost calculations, building services specifications, building services construction descriptions and checklists
• Technical due diligence (TDD) of existing properties or project developments in relation to TBE issues

• Degree in engineering (e.g. supply engineering, plant operation technology, electrical engineering, building/energy technology or a comparable degree programme)
• At least 4 years of professional experience in TGA planning and/or TGA construction supervision or TGA plant construction with a focus on office, commercial, hotel and residential buildings
• The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with a knowledge of all TBE cost categories
