The project at the Prinzregentenplatz square in Munich involved the refurbishment and conversion of two office buildings from the 1960s and 1970s, during which the interiors were fully redesigned. The building was also increased by 1.5 storeys with a spacious roof terrace, and the core removal of the courtyard allowed for the creation of beautiful leisure areas outside as well. Baffle plate windows allow for natural ventilation of the offices, which are also equipped with cooling ceilings. Building 9 was developed into a contemporary open-plan office for the tenant, an international pharmaceutical group. WITTE was responsible for project control.
