Auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Großkaufhauses Wertheim entstand ein einzigartiges Einkaufszentrum mit einem Mix aus Shopping, Gastronomie, Entertainment, Hotel, Büros und Wohnflächen. Insgesamt wurden unweit des Potsdamer Platzes ca. 170 Shops, 172 Wohnungen, ein Motel One Hotel, ein Fitnesscenter, Büros und eine Tiefgarage mit rund 760 Stellplätzen realisiert. WITTE verantwortete die Planungskoordination.
On one of Berlin's most historic sites, where the large department store Wertheim once stood, a unique shopping centre was created with a mixture of shopping, restaurants, entertainment, hotel, offices and residential units. Not far from the Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz and the Reichstag, around 170 shops, 172 flats, a Motel One hotel, a fitness studio, offices and around 760 underground parking spaces have been realised. WITTE was responsible for planning coordination.
