WITTE can look back on many successful events on the occasion of its 20-year anniversary. Our order books are full, which requires growth and restructuring at the senior management level. Dr. Frank Ch. Holtmann is named second managing director in 2012; Hendrik Dusny is appointed branch manager for the Berlin head office; Sascha Thran is appointed head of the Hamburg office in 2013. Karl Krück moves to the Advisory Board and Thomas Schilling takes over the new location founded in Frankfurt am Main in 2011. The Department of Sustainable Building now has five employees and looks after all common certification systems, such as LEED, BREEAM and DGNB.

In 2013, WITTE Projektmanagement moves into its new head office in the just-opened Zoofenster in Berlin (City West). The project developer MOMENI Group's LEOS building, which WITTE itself realised, becomes the new home of the Munich office. Current projects include the demanding refurbishment of the Dreischeibenhaus in Düsseldorf for the MOMENI Group and Black Horse Investments, project controlling for maxCologne in Cologne on behalf of HIH Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung, and planning coordination for the Leipziger Platz Quartier of HGHI High Gain House Investments GmbH in Berlin on behalf of FCL GmbH.

Together with the managing directors of GKK (Ingenieurgesellschaft für Hochbau mbH), Matthias Klatt and René Kissel, in 2007 Marco Witte founds ECG, the Engineer Corporation Group GbR: an association of technical service providers. As a member company and shareholder, WITTE offers a wide range of real estate services. Whether for planning, leasehold improvements, construction supervision or specialised engineering services, such as controlling for technical building installations – ECG offers solid expertise and the right contact person for any technical question.
The owner-managed companies of ECG are still independent and are flexible and fast in responding to the respective market or project requirements. ECG has become a solid institution on which both customers and partners can rely. Members of ECG include, alongside WITTE and GKK, the companies HW-Ingenieure GmbH, gpc gesellschaft für gebäudetechnisches projektcontrolling mbH and corpo two management GmbH.
With a total of 20 employees, two additional branch offices of WITTE Projektmanagement GmbH are set up in Munich and Düsseldorf. High-profile projects during this stage include the new construction of VHV Hannover and the refurbishment for B 1 in Düsseldorf. As a founding member, WITTE also participates in 2007 in the development of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).

Witte Projektmanagement receives major contracts in Hamburg and realises one of the first projects in the HafenCity: Sandtorkai 54. The office property became the head office of the Wölbern & Co. bank, a project of Quantum Immobilien AG and VGH Versicherungsgruppe Hannover. WITTE founds its first branch office in Hamburg, also close to the centre, at Grimm 6. There are now ten employees between the two locations. By 2005, WITTE has grown to 15 employees and during this time completes projects in Hamburg including the Atlantic Haus, the Holland-Haus and the Empire Riverside Hotel on the Bavaria site.

With the shareholders of GKK, Marco Witte founds the company corpo two management GmbH. At first specialising in warranty period work, the company gradually evolves to become a strong partner for institutional investors: as a general contractor with its own architects and building technology engineering capacity.
